The new shots show the car is back in Munich, though it’ll still be months before the car hits the market. The M3 Touring gets the same large kidney grille and aggressive front bumper as the M3 sedan, with the only difference between the two being the roof and accommodating rear end. The latest rumors suggest BMW will offer the M3 Touring in both base and Competition flavors, meaning there’ll be both a rear- and all-wheel-drive variant.
BMW, as usual, brought out its future models too and the one we’re going to focus on today is the upcoming BMW X8, the much awaited and immensely controversial new M car. BMW didn’t officially confirm anything about this model. According to sources, the upcoming SUV will be the first standalone model, developed from the ground-up by the BMW M division.
Following the early leaked images from China, BMW is expected to fully unveil the updated X3 range in June this year. The exact debut date is yet to be announced, though two detailed renderings have provided a very good look at what to expect from the refreshed Bavarian SUV. Its updated coupe-crossover sibling is expected to follow shortly and Kolesa.
BMW seems to be going with an uncharacteristically revolutionary approach to the new X1’s design, rather than its typical evolutionary approach. The new X1 features an entirely new silhouette, front end, kidney grille design, headlights, taillights, and even size. The new BMW X1 looks bigger than the outgoing car, with a taller ride height, longer wheelbase, and likely wider wheel-track.
We often believe that more cylinders and more power are better at the drag strip, but this face-off between a stock 2020 M5 Competition and a modified 2017 M3 tells a different story. The M5 Competition raced here is a tad less powerful at 617 horses, but that figure is still a threat for most modern muscle cars.

There’s a lot of talk about the BMW M5 CS being the most powerful production car in BMW’s history. While true, that’s probably the least interesting part of the new M5 CS.
